All renters must abide by the following terms and conditions:

  • The renter agrees to keep the rentals clean and undamaged. In the event rental equipment is damaged or misplaced, the renter is liable for the repair or replacement of items.
  • If rental equipment is taken off site, it must be returned by the agreed upon date or a late fee will apply.
  • If you agree to a rental contract, a pre-authorization on a credit card will be required to hold your order. Another form of payment can be used at time of invoicing.
  • Display Manitoba is not liable for injury or damage caused by rental equipment on-site or off-site.
